Heritage Solar

Founded with a mission to restore trust in the solar industry, we built Heritage Solar on two core principles: honesty and exceptional service.

We recognized a growing problem in the solar market — too many large corporations prioritize profits over people, often misleading homeowners with inflated promises, hidden fees, and poor follow-through. This lack of integrity has left many customers feeling skeptical and underserved.

Our goal is to change that. We believe going solar should be a clear, empowering, and honest experience. That’s why we’re committed to transparent pricing, realistic expectations, and treating every customer like a neighbor — not a number. From consultation to installation and beyond, our team delivers personal, knowledgeable service that’s rooted in accountability and long-term value.

In an industry plagued by broken trust, we’re here to be the difference— and to help our customers feel confident about their investment in clean, renewable energy!

Installation

Free Home Assessment

We start by visiting your home (or using satellite imagery) to see if your roof is a good fit for solar. We’ll check sunlight exposure, roof condition, and your energy usage to design the perfect system.

Permits & Paperwork – We Handle It All

You don’t have to worry about red tape. Our team manages all local permits, inspections, and utility applications so you can sit back and relax.

Professional Roof Mounting System

Instead of screwing panels directly onto your roof, we use a premium racking system that ensures strength and durability:

  • - Flashing is installed at every contact point to keep your roof watertight.,

  • - Mounting brackets are attached directly to your roof’s structure (the rafters), not just the surface.

  • - Aluminum rails are then installed, giving your solar panels a safe, level platform.

  • - Finally, your panels are secured on top of these rails using weather-resistant hardware.

  • Only Tier 1 Solar Panels – No Exceptions

At Heritage Solar, we believe quality should never be optional. That’s why we strictly use Tier 1 solar panels — the highest-rated in the industry for performance, reliability, and longevity. These panels come from the most reputable manufacturers with proven track records and warranties you can count on.

  1. System Wiring & Final Touches

Our licensed electricians connect the solar system to your home’s electrical panel and install your solar monitoring device so you can track your power production in real time.

  1. Final Inspection & Activation

After a quick inspection from the utility company and local inspector, we’ll flip the switch — and you’ll start saving with clean, renewable energy.

  1. Why We Use Mounting Brackets (Not Direct Roof Installs)

    • Protects Your Roof

    • Our mounting system includes flashing and seals to prevent any chance of leaks. No shortcuts. No roof damage.

    • Better Airflow = Better Efficiency

    • The gap between the roof and panels allows airflow underneath, keeping your system cooler and more efficient.

    • Built to Last

    • Mounts are attached to your rafters, not just the roof surface. That means more strength — and less risk in storms or strong winds.

    • Easier Maintenance

    • Need a roof repair in the future? No problem. Our mounting system makes it easy to remove and replace panels without hassle.

Warranty

At Heritage Solar, we believe your solar energy system should deliver the performance you were promised. That’s why we offer a 25-Year Solar Production Warranty — ensuring your system generates a guaranteed amount of electricity every year for 25 years.

We guarantee that your solar panels will produce a minimum amount of electricity (measured in kilowatt-hours, or kWh) each year, based on your system’s size, location, and expected performance under standard conditions.

The annual production will be outlined in your system’s performance estimate. This ensures your investment is protected for the long term.
